- Adaptors and Bushings
- Adapters have two ends. One end slides into the filter, while the instrument connects to either the ID or OD of the other end
- Plastic adapters are rigid and require exact mating. Rubber adapters will stretch or compress to provide flexible mating
- Bushings provide a lower dead space connection than adapters.
