No!!! Prices are set by Somerset Medical LLC so in most cases, items such as filters will cost you less, be shipped for less, and arrive sooner. You will also receive discounts on bulk orders. Our aim is to save you money and time whilst providing you with the highest quality product and superior service.

I need to replace my current system, what do you have to offer?

Currently, the larger systems such as Hawk, Owl and CPL will require a visit from a Ferraris salesperson, while Eaglet, KoKo Moe and all Asthma Management products are available directly from Somerset Medical LLC. Because we aim to provide you with all your needs, we can arrange a sales presentation for you with a Ferraris Respiratory representative, allowing you to have Somerset Medical LLC as your sole point of contact, thus avoiding spending time navigating voicemail systems, leaving messages and waiting for a return call. At Somerset Medical LLC, we take pride in giving you service and support second to none.

I received your training, but I forgot how to do....?

No problem. That can happen to the best of us. Simply give us a call on (774)644-1405 and we can walk you through the issue. There is no additional charge for this service for Somerset Medical LLC customers.

My PFT machine isn't working, do you make service visits?

Ordinarily, we recommend using your Ferraris Respiratory Field Technician. However, should you not be able to obtain a timely appointment, we are able to solve minor issues.
